About The Position

Evercore Wealth Management, LLC and Evercore Trust Company, N.A. seek a Wealth & Fiduciary Advisory Analyst to join the Wealth Management team in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in wealth management or trust administration, preferably in a client service role.
  • Strong client service skills with experience in client coordination.
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with eMoney, Schwab, Trust 3000, APX, Salesforce, or Practifi is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client requests (e.g., cash and stock gifts, money transfers, account maintenance).
  • Serve as an additional or primary point of contact for clients and external advisors (e.g., CPAs, attorneys).
  • Assist in compliance processes, including internal relationship reviews and annual account reviews.
  • Support special projects and provide coverage for other teams as needed.
  • Oversee account opening and closing processes, including documentation, KYC, and online access.
  • Process client requests and assist in resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation.
  • Execute checks, wires, and ACH transfers per client instructions.
  • Assist with required tax filings, tax payments, and retirement contributions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect and input data for financial plans using eMoney and related software.
  • Prepare client presentation materials, including cash flows, estate plans, financial analyses, and trust summaries.
