Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to arrive on-time and ready to work.
  • Computer skills are a must as we are a paperless practice.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and precise communication.
  • Ability to restrain pets in a low-stress and safe manner.
  • Self-starter with a desire to advance knowledge and skillset.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 1-year experience preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday.
  • Willingness to grow in the Veterinary field.
  • Avimark experience.
  • Experience working in an AAHA accredited veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Stocking and cleaning the entire hospital.
  • Progression to animal restraint and assisting other support staff.
  • Interacting with pets and their owners.
  • Working directly with the veterinary team to assure patients and clients receive the best care possible.
