Experienced Traffic Control Flagger – Central PA (Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, & York Counties) PAY: $18.50 for experienced traffic control flaggers living in the following counties : Cumberland Dauphin Lancaster York Bring your experience to a company that values safety, professionalism, and growth. Responsibilities What You’ll Do As an Experienced Traffic Control Crew Member, you will: Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones Control traffic flow and ensure public safety Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.)
- Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
- Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
