Flagger Force is hiring Experienced Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required to travel to and from job sites
Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements
Minimum 6 months of prior traffic control flagging experience
Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.)
Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones
Control traffic flow and ensure public safety
Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting
Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency

Benefits

Weekly Competitive Pay: $17.00-19.05/hr based on experience
$17.00–$19.05 per hour based upon experience and successful completion of required development training and promotion to Crew Leader
