About The Position

In this role, you will impact the company significantly by driving revenue growth and contributing to overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the energy rebate market. You will report directly to our Customer Program Management Supervisor and will travel to designated local customers in the Richmond area as well as other locations in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. You will receive a company vehicle, travel expense card, laptop computer, and phone to use as a member of the Smart Energy Solution Services Team. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business by ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with energy rebate programs and knowledge of the energy sector.
