CLA is looking to hire an Experienced Tax Associate to join our Southwest Florida tax team. You will provide tax services to clients, with a primary focus on developing expertise within a specific industry. How you’ll create opportunities in this Experienced Tax Associate role:

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
An active CPA, EA, or JD license or are eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
You have at least one year of experience in a tax role within a public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team.
Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed.
Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns.
Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.
