  • Prepare complex individual and high-net-worth tax returns and preparations (1040s)
  • Research technical tax matters and prepare written communications
  • Support tax planning projects and develop strategies for clients
  • Analyze financial records and transactions to determine tax liability
  • Assist with managing client expectations and deadlines
  • Build meaningful client relationships and work as part of a collaborative team
  • Communicate tax matters to senior associates and managers
  • Continuously learn through trainings, mentorship, and on-the-job experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university
  • 1+ year of recent public accounting experience focused on tax
  • Working toward CPA licensure (or already licensed)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software preferred
  • Ability to sit for the CPA exam if not already licensed
