About The Position
As a Tax Associate at Forvis Mazars, you will gain valuable experience, utilize your critical thinking abilities to help clients solve problems, and apply your social skills to build rewarding business relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries, allowing you to develop your technical skills and strengthen the foundation on which you will build your career. You will collaborate closely with senior staff and management personnel, learning from their experience as you enhance your skill set. In this position, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities, with a particular focus on companies operating in sectors such as manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and technology, and financial institutions. You will also play a key role in developing and managing client relationships, ensuring timely and unmatched client service, and exceeding client expectations. Additionally, you will represent Forvis Mazars in the marketplace and at networking events, and participate in the proposal process for potential new clients.
