Requirements

  • Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent.
  • Five years of table game experience required for Supervisors.
  • Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above preferred for Supervisors.
  • Knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift and move throughout the Casino and/or Hotel areas.
  • Ability to read and understand Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke and excessive noise.

Responsibilities

  • Deal two primary games (Blackjack, Baccarat) and three carnival games (Let It Ride, Pai Gow, 3 Card Poker, Ultimate Texas, Mississippi Stud).
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in English regarding duties and responsibilities.
  • Complete standard forms and reports as required by Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
