Dealer is responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures. Conducts the assigned game with respect to Hard Rock's Compliance and Regulations and procedures. Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game.

  • Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of customer enjoyment and return play.
  • Responsible for knowing all policies & procedures of the specific table game he/she is dealing.
  • Maintains a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly, conducive to a high level of productivity and performance, as well as, morale.
  • Works diligently to support the Hard Rock's culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
  • Acts as a role model to all Team Members and encourages other team members to do the same.
  • Promotes positive public relations and creates an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
  • Ensures the protection of customer's rewards and credit lines.
  • Complies with all departmental and Company Policies including Hard Rock's business ethics guidelines.
  • Complies with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Seminole Gaming's trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
  • Serves in the role and complete the responsibilities of a Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor as requested. Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
  • Demonstrates actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
  • Must have a minimum of six months Casino Dealer experience.
  • Experience in Table Games as a Dealer, for multiple games including blackjack, baccarat, and carnival games preferred.
  • Experience in craps and/or roulette, required.
  • Must be able to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.
  • Must be a High School Graduate or possess an equivalent diploma.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized and accurate
  • Extreme confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.
  • Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Manage multiple details and tasks concurrently in a changing environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analyze and think about how possible solutions impact on the entire operation.
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk distances.
  • Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
