About The Position

Experienced Table Games Dealer performs all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service. Assists in tracking play and game observation. Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures. Required to communicate all pertinent information to supervisors. Effectively handles casino gaming checks. Creates an opportunity for fun and excitement by being friendly, supportive and enthusiastic towards guests. Adheres to Caesars Entertainment's appearance standards. Demonstrates positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs. Always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must successfully complete a basic math test.
• Pass a Caesars audition displaying adequate gaming skills.
• Proficiently deal a minimum of one major game.
• One year of previous dealing experience.
• Excellent employee and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with co-workers and as a team.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.
