About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of three months related experience and/or training is preferred
Must be able to deal the game in a fluid manner
Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment
Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

Responsibilities

Services customers by dealing
Selling chips
Paying customers and collecting bets
Verifies fills/credits
Maintain a friendly relationship with customers
Exchange cash for playing chips
Ensure that wagers are placed before cards are dealt
Deals cards according to Casino standard procedures
Compute payable odds to pay winning bets
Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of games
Adheres to Casino policies, procedures and internal controls
Maintains integrity of table games activity
Responsible for table security at all times
Maintain a clean and neat table at all times
Responsible for depositing paperwork in drop box
Verify currency before placing in drop box
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
