You will join a mission team focused on strengthening critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management systems that support national security. Your work will help maintain and improve a core Data Dictionary capability that drives interoperability, data accuracy, and secure information sharing across multiple programs.   • Lead the sustainment and enhancement of a Data Dictionary utility and repository.
  • Work with internal and external customers to identify needs and document system requirements.
  • Break down technical tasks, allocate work, and coordinate with development and test teams.
  • Review documentation, track changes, and support process improvement across the lifecycle.
  • Guide design decisions for system updates that strengthen interoperability and user adoption.
  • Oversee integration activities and ensure alignment with ICAM system needs.
  • Update and maintain customer facing and internal technical documentation.
  • Support sprint planning, roadmap development, and engineering reviews.
  • Help keep the team aligned with mission priorities and technical standards.
  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active.

  • 7+ years of System Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • Five additional years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for a degree, for a total of 12 years.
  • Experience supporting requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability.
  • Experience tracking engineering work and coordinating technical tasks.
  • Ability to review, refine, and enhance system documentation.
  • Ability to lead small technical teams and support customer engagement.
  • Ability to support UI review, workflow evaluation, and functional testing.
  • Experience preparing engineering artifacts, reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Experience with requirement management tools.
  • Experience with roadmap and sprint planning.
  • Experience with UI design or UI testing.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with REST services.
  • Experience using JIRA, Redmine, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with customers.
