About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. In this role, the focus will be working on-site with a team of Supply Chain Specialists supporting the C-17 program. The candidate will interface with several functions on a daily basis to manage Supply Chain requirements. You will also perform Supply Chain order execution, delivery management, and analyze data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• 3+ years of experience with engineering drawings for conformance to materials & process requirements and manufacturing producibility
• 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment including engineering, manufacturing/operations, quality, product support, finance, business development and program management
• 3+ years of experience with GOLD (Government Online Data)
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace Manufacturing Supply Chain Experience
• Experience with Aircraft Modification Programs
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and US Army or Marine Corps or Air Force supply, logistics data systems, maintenance data systems, US Army, Marine Corps field manuals and maintenance technical orders
• Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
• ACCESS database desired

Responsibilities

• Assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
• Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
• Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
• General understanding of maintenance, modifications, retrofit processes and procedures.
• Processes material returned from customers
• Possess additional business, communication and leadership training and looks for ways to provide continuous process improvement
• Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
• Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims
