About The Position

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Experienced Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for the BT&E supplier quality team and provide integrated supplier quality services across BT&E and ET&T.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist
  • 3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Review Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to ensure proper Quality clauses are applied
  • Review, update, and create command media
  • Assist with audit and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
  • Document audit and assessment results
  • Inspect or verify fewer complex products for compliance
  • Monitor supplier quality related activities and reports issues
