Requirements
- 1 or more years of previous experience installing open or closed cell spray foam insulation
- High school/GED preferred
- Ability to use good judgement and problem solving skills while striving to work safely at all times
- Ability to travel, if needed
Responsibilities
- Make necessary preparations for the installation process at the job site by unloading equipment and placing items in the location of installation.
- Understand the proper operating procedures of the spray equipment.
- Learn spraying techniques from other spray foam team leaders.
- Ensure that can foaming and caulking are completed as necessary around windows, doors, etc.
- Use good judgment and caution to not overcome any areas
- Trim and bag "scrapped" foam materials as it accumulates.
- Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site.
- Be sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site.
