About The Position
Job Title: Spray Foam Insulation Installer FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Cullen Insulation is seeking experienced Spray Foam Insulation Installers to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a leading insulation company in the FM area and the only Owens Corning Certified Energy Expert in the region, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch insulation solutions. This position requires previous experience in spray foam insulation, and we offer competitive compensation along with benefits that include Owens certified training to become a Certified Energy Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation systems in various settings, including walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a commitment to safety and quality. You will often work indoors but may occasionally be required to work outdoors, and you will be exposed to various working conditions, including loud noises and bright or dim lighting. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable using hand tools and power tools, and who can perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for long periods. A clean driving record is a plus, as you will be traveling to and from job sites. This is a full-time position with expected hours ranging from 50 to 60 hours per week, and we offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
