About The Position

Join the Crew: Experienced Solar Installers Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team. Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you. Location: Daily reporting to Hicksville, NY Residential Solar Installer Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs. Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array. Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
• A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs , climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
• Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
• A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks
