As a Software Engineer working in Customer Experience technology, you'll enable Principal to effectively reach out and connect with current Employer customers. Our mission is to provide an easy and enjoyable experience for our customers! We do this by teaming up with designers, CX, product, and engineers to enable and build simple, intuitive experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to join the team during a time of “web reimagination” for our Employer customers. You’ll have the opportunity to: Demonstrate your passion for solving problems and producing high quality solutions through web application development. Be part of an agile product team, collaborating often through pair and mob programming. Practice servant informal leadership; wear multiple hats. Clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in Understand complex technical problems and translate them into clear and engaging solutions. Enable new capabilities for our Employer customer base that make managing their plan simple and intuitive. Some on call required.
