Experienced Software Engineer (Hybrid Only)
About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity on the Benefits and Protection Team for an Experienced Software Engineer who will thrive in a constantly advancing agile culture. We are looking for an Engineer who can help build upon our core platform and other integrated systems. You will need to be flexible and adaptable. Flexible in that you are comfortable playing various roles within the team as needed. And, adaptable in that learning and growing are key as is a willingness to do what it takes. Your day will be filled with: Collaborating, with purpose. Working closely within your team and our business to determine how to make our software even better. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience working with Java is required.
- 2+ work experience working with Typescript is required.
- Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.
- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
- Take ownership and pride in your work.
- Hungry, curious, driven. Takes initiative.
- Innovative. Think creatively. Ask tough questions.
