About The Position
We are seeking smart and motivated developers to join our team of Software Engineers responsible for the evolution of our trading platform. In this role you will engage in the full cycle development and deployment of C++ applications and libraries, to solve challenging problems including handling high throughput with maximum efficiency, reacting to events in the market with low latency, and maintaining stability. With the ever-changing demands of markets and financial technology worldwide, our trading systems are in a constant state of improvement and expansion. Prior experience in the trading industry is not required, as mentorship programs and in-house educational courses are offered to all employees. This position requires three days in the office each week, with an initial training period of five days in the office to ensure thorough onboarding and knowledge transfer. The total compensation range for this role is approximately $140,000-$200,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Trading's total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
