Requirements

• Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Experience with Fathom and/or Bill.com is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Personable and professional with a client-focused approach.
• Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
• Enjoy resolving challenges and improving processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 30 small business clients.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.
