About The Position

Securitas is looking for a Site Security Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, IL. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a background in military or law enforcement. As a Site Security Supervisor, you will supervise and support a team of security officers on site, ensuring they follow post orders and Securitas protocols. You will respond to incidents, manage emergency situations, and train new officers while providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Your role will also involve maintaining detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, as well as communicating routine patrols to ensure proper site coverage at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have 1 year security and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge on writing detailed reports.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
