We provide the tools and resources for you to grow with us. This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald's franchisee. Our team is hiring experienced Shift Managers!

Requirements

• Experience in a managerial role or similar position in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a McDonald's or similar fast-food environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
