Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Service Technician with a specialization in Ford vehicles preferred.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and Ford certifications highly desirable; a valid driver’s license is required.
  • Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Ford vehicles in line with Ford specifications and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring all repairs meet high standards and recommending additional services as needed.
  • Guest Interaction: Communicate effectively with guests by providing clear explanations of the work performed, completing informational videos, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of each job, including parts used and time spent. Keep our Status+ system updated with real-time repair progress and notes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
