About The Position
George Gee Cadillac KIA, a well-established and respected automotive dealership in Coeur d’Alene, ID, is looking for a Experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and growing service department. Our service drive stays consistently busy, offering a great opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional to thrive. As a Main Shop Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers having their vehicles serviced or repaired. We take pride in delivering top-tier customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or similar environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology is a plus
- Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
