About The Position

Dealership: L0553 Wilde Subaru Wilde Subaru Hours: Full Time Key Responsibilities Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression Clearly identify customer concerns and communicate recommended services in an easy-to-understand way Serve as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate and timely updates Maintain a smooth service flow by coordinating appointments and managing expectations Deliver a high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up What We’re Looking For Hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred — restaurants, hotels, retail, call centers, etc. Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive, solutions-focused attitude (we can teach the automotive—just bring the customer service!)
