Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive service environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and service processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
- Write repair orders and clearly communicate service details between customers and technicians.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures and parts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with parts department and service technicians to expedite service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the service management systems.
