About The Position

The Server position at K-Pot involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment that specializes in Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot. The role requires taking orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Servers will work closely with kitchen staff and manage multiple tables while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years prior server restaurant experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Food handlers certification (Required).
• TABC Certification (Required).

• 3+ years prior server restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain extensive menu knowledge to describe food, drink, and special items.
• Ensure tables are clean and well-prepared with utensils and napkins, anticipating guests' needs.
• Relay all orders to the service bar and kitchen via the POS tablet.
• Interact continuously with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food items.
• Set up and maintain sections throughout the shift.
• Multi-task and manage the progression of several tables during service.
• Handle cash and close out table checks in an orderly and timely manner, providing accurate change and a sincere thank you to guests.
• Lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs and work in various temperature environments.
• Exert fast-paced mobility throughout shifts ranging from 4 to 10 hours.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete post-shift side work as assigned.
