Requirements

- CRM experience (Podio, dialers, follow-up systems)
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new real estate acquisition opportunities
- Engage with potential sellers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Utilize proven scripts and systems to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize acquisition processes.
- Analyze market trends to identify profitable investment opportunities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales floor.
- Able to work 100% in-office (non-negotiable).
