About The Position

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is seeking an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for a driven sales professional who already understands the roofing sales process and thrives in a performance-based environment. You will generate business through door-to-door prospecting, manage company-provided leads from insurance partners and referrals, and guide homeowners through the inspection, insurance, and sales process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential roofing sales
  • Strong knowledge of storm restoration, insurance claims, and homeowner sales cycles
  • Track record of generating leads and closing deals in a commission-based environment
  • Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented, with the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role with earnings based on job profit
  • Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreac
  • Conduct professional roof inspections and educate homeowners on recommended solutions
  • Work qualified leads provided through insurance networks and company referrals
  • Guide homeowners through the storm restoration and insurance claims process
  • Build trust with homeowners and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to project completion
  • Accurately estimate job scope and pricing using AccuLynx
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production
