About The Position

You'll dispatch directly to job sites from your home each day-no need to check in at a central office. Weekly team meetings will be held in West Plains, MO. Our service area covers a one-hour radius around Mountain Home, Arkansas. Each day, you will assess their needs and recommend solutions, performing thorough inspections of shingles, metal and flat roofs, flashing, ventilation, decking, siding, gutters, windows, and attic insulation. As you identify storm, wind, hail, or age-related damage, you will document your findings with photos and detailed notes. You will measure roof and house dimensions using manual or aerial tools, educate customers about materials, warranties, and financing options, and prepare precise estimates. Requirements

2+ years of estimating experience (residential or commercial)
Experience in roofing, siding, and construction
Proven track record of bidding and winning profitable projects
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
