Brenner is staffed by over 150 full-time pediatric faculty with members representing over 30 pediatric subspecialties. In 2015, Brenner Children's Hospital was ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of America's best children's hospitals. What You'll Need: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. One year of RN experience; Pediatric or Oncology nursing preferred. Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care, Adult ED Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire for Network ED, Peds ED, PICU and NICU, and other areas per unit guidelines What You’ll Do: As a Registered Nurse, you will be the key architect of tailored care plans for patients all ages.
