Requirements

• Current NYS RN license.
• ASN or BSN preferred.
• One plus years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care or med/surg with telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU unit moving to a 20-bed unit.
• Manage patients recovering from high-risk surgery, pulmonary disease, neurological disorders, renal disease, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, or cardiovascular disease.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of Critical Care Nurses, Mid-Level Providers, and Pulmonary Intensivists.
• Participate in interdisciplinary unit functions and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
• Engage in professional growth through mentoring and leadership opportunities.
