Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years in public accounting or internal audit experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Executing controls testing for operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) cycles.
• Interviewing Underwriting, Claims, and/or Operations management.
• Documenting risks and related controls.
• Developing audit programs.
• Performing testing to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls.
• Working with management to develop value-added audit comments.
• Providing recommendations to management.
• Assisting in drafting audit reports for senior management review.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in audit processes.
