Requirements
- Relationship building/maintenance skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Personable with good communication skills
- Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
- Strong desire to learn and excel
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
- Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
- Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist project manager on various construction projects
- Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
- General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
- General cleaning at the end of projects
- Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
- Maintain safe job-site
- Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
- Pre and post construction clean-up
