Experienced Restoration Technician
About The Position
Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available 24/7 We believe in serving out community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician: Assist project manager on various construction projects Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects Learn about different types of drying equipment General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing Assist with demolition and reconstruction Pre and post construction clean-up
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in
- Hard worker with attention to detail
- Relationship building/maintenance skills
- Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
Responsibilities
