The Experienced Remodeler position at West Shore Home involves joining a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional shower installation and bath remodeling experiences. Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to gather materials and load company trucks.
• Drive to customers' homes and establish rapport with them.
• Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area.
• Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, updating plumbing as needed.
• Show attention to detail and care for the customer's home by properly cleaning up after installation.
• Obtain necessary signed documents and payment from customers, and return to the warehouse.
