The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service. Requirements

3+ years as an HVAC service technician
Residential HVAC experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
