Requirements

3+ years of experience in residential electrical service (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
Experience meeting service or performance goals in a residential setting
Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues safely, accurately, and efficiently
Install electrical components and systems according to code and company standards
Explain repair or upgrade options clearly to help customers make informed decisions
Recommend solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining trust and integrity
Complete all work thoroughly, document service using company-provided tools, and maintain professionalism in every home
Follow safety guidelines and company processes to ensure a high-quality customer experience
