About The Position
Dynamic Energy LLC is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our team in Mesa. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a strong background in both rough and trim electrical work. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the principles of operation of electrical circuits, wiring, and motor controls. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and possess a good work attitude and ethics. Dependable transportation is essential, as the role involves driving a company vehicle during work hours. The Residential Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and standards. The ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference materials is crucial for this role. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as team leadership skills to manage personnel effectively.
