About The Position

Brighton Resort is seeking an Experienced Ski and Snowboard Repair Technician to join their team. This role involves evaluating and repairing ski and snowboard equipment, providing accurate time and cost estimates to guests, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment. The technician will work independently, making time management and a strong understanding of ski and snowboard construction essential for success.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Binding certification and testing per ASTM standards
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
• Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from across the globe!
• Maintain a clean, inviting and visually pleasing shop.
• Complete daily opening, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
• Accurately process payments for services.
• Assist your teammates in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
