The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and excellent interpersonal skills to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing flexibility in scheduling. You will learn how to manage client expectations effectively, build your sphere of influence, and utilize business planning to increase your sales and meet or exceed your goals. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of the real estate market. This includes providing guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms. You will determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions, intermediate negotiation processes, and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Performing comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values will also be a key responsibility.
