About The Position

Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead and manage our premium multifamily communities with a focus on operational excellence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, a solid understanding of the luxury housing market, and a demonstrated ability to drive financial performance while maintaining a high level of resident engagement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates. Manage all financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, providing leadership and ensuring a high-performance culture. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and effective responses to resident needs. This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating quality living experiences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury multifamily housing.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in using property management software, with Yardi experience being a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective relationship building.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of customer service and accountability.
  • In-depth knowledge of local housing laws and regulations, with a focus on Fair Housing compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
