Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous Property Manager experience with 600+ units
• Multifamily renovation experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
• Excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures
• Experience with property management software RealPage and understanding of Yardi
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Developed salesmanship skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
