About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking an Experienced Procurement Analyst to join the team in Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on supporting the BGS Top Supplier Performance Management team in the Global Parts Solutions organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
• 5+ years of experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
• 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Experience in a role that required functioning in a self-directed environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience interacting with customers or suppliers.
• Experience using SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders.
• Distribute, update and track procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
• Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
• Extract, analyze, and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
