The painter is responsible for operating equipment that applies a powder coat finish to a variety of raw materials while maintaining Lozier safety and quality standards. The painter mixes and applies paint by disc, handgun, or other method and sets up equipment as required by quality level and other methods as required. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • operating equipment that applies a powder coat finish to a variety of raw materials while maintaining Lozier safety and quality standards

  • operation of the paint booth, parts washer, and ovens

Benefits

  • 12 hour shifts Friday thru Sunday
  • $22.39 with a $6.00 per hour shift premium
  • 5% Shift differential
  • $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only
  • First pay increase after 6 months
