Requirements

• Valid Connecticut plumbing license (P-2 or equivalent preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant plumbing experience in residential and light commercial service work
• Proficiency with plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and dispatch instructions to perform plumbing services efficiently and professionally
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and components in residential and light commercial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing clear explanations of repair options to clients
• Maintain work truck inventory, tools, and equipment in good working condition
• Collaborate with customers to deliver quality service that reflects company standards of workmanship and satisfaction
• Adhere to applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate status updates with team members
