About The Position

Make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families! We've grown to a team of over 12 groomers with a strong supporting infrastructure. Enjoy the independence of grooming in your own van while having a solid team supporting everything from scheduling to van maintenance. We're focused on building for the long-term by doing things the right way and balancing productivity with sustainability. Need to have previous grooming experience. Pet handling skills are also very important in the mobile grooming environment. If you really love animals this is the perfect career path for you. Our groomers develop a close and special relationship with every pet they care for and with their families as well. Commissions and excellent tips provide an outstanding income opportunity and the chance to turn your love of pets into a career that can support you for a lifetime. Earn up to $1,700.00 or more per week. Potential candidates must love pets, have a clean driving record, and be able to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to communicate with pet family members about what is best for their pet. We started with 1 van back in 2020 and have grown steadily to now operate 10 vans daily with a solid team backing our groomers. Lora & Sam, the owners, are both heavily involved in the business with Lora as one of our groomers since the beginning and Sam spending quite a bit of time filling in as a bather as needed, so we've built our team around respect for groomers - concern for their safety and wellbeing, providing growth and educational opportunities and emphasizing care for the pets and their treatment. While we're part of a franchise brand, we're very much a local business who takes a long-term perspective on building a good team and good customers.
