Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Provide accurate quotes and information regarding parts availability and pricing
- Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure product availability

- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the parts department
